Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after the payment is received. Delivery options available: Standard Shipping (by Lithuanian Post; PostNL), Parcel Lockers (by Omniva, DPD), Home delivery. The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

1-2 working days (OMNIVA);
1-2 working days (SmartPOST);
1-2 working days (Home delivery);
- EU countries:
Standard Shipping:
5-14 working days (Lithuanian Post, PostNL).
Express Delivery:
1-2 working days (Latvia);
2-4 working days (Estonia, Poland);
3-4 working days (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Finland);
4-5 working days (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Hungary);
5-6 working days (France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland);
6-7 working days (Bulgaria, Portugal);
7-8 working days (Greece).
- Rest of the world (standard shipping):
10-14 working days (Lithuanian Post; PostNL).
Once an order is shipped, we will send you tracking information so you can see where your item is at any time. However, delays do happen sometimes - please contact us if it takes really long.
We are not responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit due to the fault of Lithuania Post or any other Delivery carrier. No compensations will be issued unless Delivery carrier admits the fault and issues a compensation.
If you do not collect the parcel from the pick-up point or local post office and the parcel is shipped back to us, we will issue you a refund once the parcel arrives. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We can re-ship the parcel, but shipping fees will have to be covered by the customer.
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally, there is an opportunity to pre-order items. In this case, shipping date of pre-ordered item will be specified by the item's size. Please note, if you purchase other items alongside pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once we receive pre-ordered items.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. It is buyer's responsibility to check and pay for these charges.
SHIPPING FEES
You can calculate shipping fees in the shopping cart or during the checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for any reasons. However, you'll have to cover return postage fees. The item must be in perfect condition, have original labelling on it and can be returned within 14 days.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item/s and process the refund within 2 working days. We will send you an update e-mail once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping costs you paid when ordering are not refunded.

If you want to return your items through Omniva terminal, please follow steps below:
- Fill out the form: https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/Shops/duefashion-com;
- Pack the returned item and place it in the Omniva terminal.
If you want to return your items through LP Express terminal, please follow the steps below:
- Create a shipping label either at post.lt or at the terminal. Ship your order to Gedimino pr. 9, Vilnius. Required shipping information:
