What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any reasons. However, you'll have to cover return postage fees. The item must be in perfect condition, have original labelling on it and can be returned within 14 days. 

Do you accept returns on swimwear?
Yes, we do. Swimwear must have its all original labeling and hygiene seals intact.

What is the estimated shipping time for orders outside Lithuania?
Shipping to Europe might take 2-14 business days. International shipping sometimes might take longer. If you need your order faster, go for our Express Delivery option. You will find all information about shipping HERE

I still have not received my parcel, tracking information does not show new information as well. What should I do?
Please allow 14 business days after shipment for the parcel to reach you. If it is already more than that, please contact us at hello@duefashion.com and we will look into it. 

Information provided by the tracking number shows that the parcel is ready for the pick-up. However, I have not received any pick-up information. Where can I collect my parcel?
Usually, your parcel will be ready for collection at the nearest post office. We advise you to contact the post office or the delivery company that your order was shipped with, and they will be able to provide more information about the parcel's whereabouts. You can find out who is responsible for your parcel's delivery by checking the parcel's tracking number. If you are unsure, please reach out to us at hello@duefashion.com.

I have not received my parcel and tracking number shows that it is now being return to you. Can I still collect my parcel? What should I do?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the order once parcel's status changes to "returned to the sender". Once the parcel reaches our studio, we can reship the parcel to you again. However, you will have to cover the shipping fees, if the parcel was returned because it was not collected by you from the pick-up point or full address information was not provided and due to this it was not possible to deliver the parcel. Once the parcel returns to our studio, we will contact you to discuss the most suitable options for you. 

What size should I choose?
When choosing a size we recommend following our SIZE GUIDE. Most of our clients choose their regular sizes in our clothing. However, if you are tall, we recommend sizing up for swimsuits. If you are still unsure, you can email us with your body measurements at hello@duefashion.com and we will try to assist you.

Can you make corrections to the products, e.g. make leggings shorter or longer?
Unfortunately, we do not offer individual corrections and we do not make individual orders as well. 

I received my item, but item's colours in reality are different than on the screen. Why and what should I do?
The colours of our products in reality and on the screen can differ minimally. Colour of the product can also be influenced by the lighting. If the colours differ more strongly, it is usually influenced by the device on which the product was viewed and the colour calibrations of the device's screen. Therefore, it is impossible to make colors look the same across all devices. If you do not like the products, you can simply return them to us and we will issue you a refund or exchange them to other products. 

Do you have a physical store? 
No. All our products can only be purchased online. You can also find some of our clothing at our partners stores. However, we advise to inquire about the currently available products. You can find the list of our partners HERE.

What payment methods do you accept?
In our online store, you can securely pay with a credit card, electronic banking (Paysera), and PayPal.
