To find the perfect fit, follow these simple steps:

Waist Measurement: Stand up straight and wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (just above your belly button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hip Measurement: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and sits comfortably.

The length of the leggings is indicated with the leggings lying flat.

If you're between sizes, consider the fit you prefer: tighter fit - size down, more relaxed fit - size up.
